Challenge

The founder envisioned a next-generation dental CAD/CAM software that could streamline 3D scanning and alignment procedures for dentures and implants. However:

Design high-fidelity wireframes from scratch.

Deliver a step-by-step UX flow to reduce errors and speed up scanning-to-design workflows.

Provide investor-ready wireframes and prototypes to support fundraising.

Process

Designed hi-fidelity wireframes for critical workflows (scanning, designing, previewing).

Built a video prototype to demonstrate functionality and usability.

Produced marketing collateral and an educational video to support client presentations.

Provided ongoing UX consulting, ensuring the product aligned with real user needs.

SOLUTION

Led the UX/UI design process by mapping the full prosthetic design workflow, conducting stakeholder interviews, and identifying key friction points in existing dental CAD/CAM tools.

Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes focused on a clean, modular interface with step-by-step workflows, real-time 3D previews, and smart tool recommendations.
